Receive Interac e-Transfer



Coastal Financial Credit Union members can receive an Interac® e-Transfer. Money received by email will be deposited directly into your personal Coastal Financial Credit Union account. 

How To Receive Money By Email

  1. Click the link in the email. You will be directed to a special site operated by Certapay, an Interac subsidiary.
  2. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site and select Coastal Financial Credit Union.
  3. Follow the instructions on the Certapay site to log in to Online Banking
  4. Log in to Online Banking and enter the answer to the security question
  5. Choose the Coastal Financial Credit Union account into which you wish to deposit the money

 

What you should know:

  • There is no fee to deposit money into your account that you have received by email.
  • If you do not want to deposit the money into your account you can decline the transfer.

 If you are not currently signed up for online banking, do not have a personal account or not yet a member, please contact a Coastal Financial Credit Union branch for assistance.
